Refund Policy
Introduction
Apna Moves acts as a platform connecting users with transporters. We only process refunds for transporters. If you are a user/customer, please contact your selected transporter directly for any refund requests. Apna Moves is not responsible for issuing refunds to users.
Eligibility for Refunds
- For Transporters: Refunds are available according to our terms if the service is canceled or not delivered as promised.
- For Users/Customers: Apna Moves does not process refunds for users. Please contact your chosen transporter for their individual refund policy and process.
How to Request a Refund
- Email your refund request to [email protected] with your booking details.
- Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund Timelines
For transporters, refunds are processed by Apna Moves within 2-4 business days after approval.
For users/customers, refund timelines and eligibility are determined by your selected transporter. Please refer to your transporter's policy for details.
Exceptions
- No refunds for completed or successfully delivered services unless there is a proven service failure.
- Refunds are not provided for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, strikes, force majeure).
